Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ScribeLabWriter website at scribelabwriter.com or placing an order for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scribe Elite Creative Hub, the legal entity that owns and operates ScribeLabWriter ("we", "our", or "us"). ScribeLabWriter is a brand name of Scribe Elite Creative Hub. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

ScribeLabWriter provides academic assistance services, including but not limited to:

• Academic tutoring — personalised guidance on academic subjects and study techniques
• Essay and paper editing — structural, grammatical, and stylistic improvements to your existing work
• Proofreading — correction of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and formatting errors
• Model papers and sample writing — custom-written documents provided as reference and learning aids

All services are provided strictly as educational and reference materials. You agree that you will use any completed work in compliance with the academic integrity policies of your institution. ScribeLabWriter does not condone academic dishonesty and bears no responsibility for how clients choose to use the materials provided.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders that we believe violate academic integrity rules or institutional policies.

To place an order you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be 18 years of age or older
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be merged or suspended
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to abuse our services or payment systems.

All prices are displayed in USD ($) and are calculated based on the service type, academic level, word count or quantity, and deadline selected during the order process.

• Payment is required in full before work begins on your order
• All payments are processed securely via PayPal — we do not store card details
• Prices are confirmed at checkout and will not change after payment is received
• Applicable taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the client based on their jurisdiction

Transactions will appear on your bank or PayPal statement as SCRIBE ELITE.

A payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. Please retain this as proof of purchase.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

• We are unable to find a suitable writer for your order within the agreed timeframe
• The completed work is significantly different from what was specified in your original instructions
• The order was not delivered by the agreed deadline and you no longer require it

Not Eligible for Refund

• You change your mind after work has commenced on your order
• The work meets your stated requirements but you are dissatisfied with the quality — in this case, a free revision will be offered
• You provide incomplete or incorrect instructions and the work is completed accordingly
• The order has already been delivered and downloaded
• You have violated these Terms of Service

To request a refund, contact us at info@scribelabwriter.com within 7 days of the delivery date, providing your Order ID and a detailed explanation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, orders may only be cancelled by a ScribeLabWriter administrator.

• Clients cannot self-cancel orders through the dashboard
• To request a cancellation, contact us at info@scribelabwriter.com with your Order ID and reason
• Cancellation requests are reviewed within 1 business day
• Cancellations are only granted if work has not yet commenced, or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
• Approved cancellations where work has not started will receive a full refund
• Approved cancellations where work is in progress may receive a partial refund based on work completed

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these Terms, is found to be fraudulent, or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified and refunded in full in such cases.

If you are dissatisfied with the completed work, we encourage you to contact us before initiating any payment dispute with PayPal or your bank. Our dispute resolution process is as follows:

Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

Upon full payment of an order, ScribeLabWriter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the completed work for your personal, educational purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any work produced by ScribeLabWriter
• ScribeLabWriter retains the right to retain anonymised copies of completed work for quality assurance and training purposes
• All content on the scribelabwriter.com website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ScribeLabWriter and may not be reproduced without written permission
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used to improve our services without obligation or compensation to you

You agree not to use our services or website to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information
• Attempt to manipulate pricing or payment systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access our website
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScribeLabWriter and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

• We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades
• We are not liable for any academic consequences resulting from your use of our materials
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including technical outages, natural disasters, or provider failures)
• We make no warranty that our website will be available at all times or free from errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
